Wheeler Avenue students in grades 1-3 enjoyed the challenge of finding the perfect pumpkin. Once the students selected their pumpkins, they participated in several classroom activities and were then able to take their pumpkins home for everyone to enjoy.
The students also had the opportunity to participate in a candy corn guessing contest displayed in the main hall of the school. A special thanks is extended to the PTA for decorating the playground area and to Hicks Nursery for generously donating the pumpkins.
