First grade students at James A. Dever Elementary School, along with students in grades four through six, had the exciting opportunity to meet Town Clerk Nasrin Ahmad and learn about her responsibilities in town government.
Town of Hempstead Councilman Edward Ambrosino also joined her as they presented to the students. After the assembly program, Mrs. Ahmad read Frog and Toad Together to all of the first-grade classes. The students enjoyed their time together with Town Clerk Ahmad and Councilman Ambrosino. Thank you to both of them for visiting the students at James A. Dever Elementary School.
