A beautiful, sunny autumn day provided the perfect setting for Willow Road School’s annual pumpkin patch festivities, held on the district’s ball field.
Excitement was in the air as the students scurried around the pumpkin patch looking for that perfect pumpkin to call their own. When the students entered the field, they had the opportunity to carefully examine a jar filled with candy corn. Once they returned to their classrooms, pumpkins in hand, they had the chance to estimate how many pieces of candy were in the jar. The classroom with the closest estimate won a prize.
A special thank-you goes to the Willow Road School PTA for generously donating the pumpkins and for volunteering their time to ensure this fun-filled event was memorable for all.
